This notice explains how information is handled on this informational Terrtel website. The Terrtel app and Apple’s App Store have their own privacy information and terms.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact support by email, Terrtel receives the information you include, such as your email address, device model, destination and support request. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Website operation

This static website does not include account registration, checkout, advertising pixels or an analytics service. The hosting provider may process technical request data—such as IP address, browser type and request time—to deliver and protect the site.

Local currency display

On pages showing prices, the website requests a visitor’s country currency from ipapi.co and a current GBP reference exchange rate from Frankfurter. These services receive the technical information normally sent with an internet request, including the visitor’s IP address. If either service is unavailable, Terrtel displays the original GBP price. A manually selected currency is saved in the browser’s local storage.

Links to the App Store take you to Apple. Apple handles information under its own privacy terms. Purchases and app activity are not completed on this website.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. To make a privacy request, email support@terrtel.com. Terrtel may need to verify your identity before responding.
